Standard+ means a touch wider than the grip you are used to. Sounds minor lah, but that is the whole point — your hands stop squeezing, your shoulders come down, and the club still goes exactly where you put it.
Wide enough to relax into, steady enough to trust from the driver all the way down to the wedges. One profile, whole bag, nothing to think about mid-round.
The compound is a high percentage of natural rubber blended with synthetics, tested in real Malaysian humidity — the kind where your shirt gives up around the fourth hole.
Take the old grip and tape off the shaft. Wipe it down and let it dry properly — anything left behind shows through later.
Wrap fresh double-sided grip tape down the shaft. Want it closer to midsize? Two or three extra wraps underneath and you are there.
Solvent through the grip, slide it on in one movement, line the motifs up square, then leave it overnight before you play it.
You need standard grip tape and solvent, same as any grip change. If that is not your idea of a good afternoon, any pro shop will do all three steps in about ten minutes.
Standard+ — slightly wider than a traditional standard grip, which is what lets you hold it loosely without losing control. It is the only size at launch. Two or three extra wraps of tape underneath takes you to midsize.
The whole bag, driver through wedges. It goes onto your existing shafts the same way any grip does, with tape and solvent.
Warm water, a little mild soap, a soft brush, then rinse and towel dry. Skip harsh cleaners and solvents. A wipe every few rounds keeps the texture doing its job.
